I downloaded some similar drivers that worked for me on a Dell Optiplex 755. I have checked the HP drivers download page but could not find anything. The only drivers I saw were for windows Xp and vista which I tried downloading and installing but got error message that it does not support the operating system.

THe serial port driver, and something else called "PCI Simple Communications Controller" (possibly a modem on the motherboard) are listed as "other devices" in the device manager, with yellow exclamation marks in the icons meaning they have no drivers installed.
